Steven Jones

Dr. Jones is an author, speaker, and C.E.O. of Global LeaderSHYFT, inc., a firm committed to accelerating leaders’ ability to achieve excellence across cultures, countries, and time zones.

Dr. Jones holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a Master’s in Multicultural Counseling, and a Master’s & Ph.D. in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology. Locally he servces as a Trustee for the Academy of Our Lady of Peace, and Reality Changers. Dr. Jones has formally served as a Board member for LEAD San Diego and the Economic Development Corporation (EDC).

Nationally known as one of "America's Top Experts on Diversity" (Diversity, Inc. magazine), he has served as a National Diversity Advisor to Honda, Hyundai, the LA Zoo, Seattle Aquarium, SDG&E, and Toyota. Dr. Jones has provided equity, inclusion, and leadership development consulting services for organizations such as Qualcomm, SoCal Edison, Solar Turbines, Vassar College, USD, USC, and K-12 Schools for over 35 years.
