Jake Wid Crea

Conflict Management & Resolution Applied Instructor, University of San Diego

Jake Wild Crea is a facilitator, mediator, trainer, and conflict coach who works with individuals, organizations, and communities to foster positive social change. He is on faculty at the University of San Diego’s Kroc School of Peace Studies. He is a trainer and mediator with the National Conflict Resolution Center. In addition, he runs an initiative that uses conflict resolution dialogue techniques from the peacebuilding field to create higher-trust collaboration between funders and practitioners (nonprofits) to improve the efficacy of philanthropic giving.

Previously, he was a philanthropic consultant and nonprofit advisor with Arabella Advisors, where he designed and managed regional, national, and international grantmaking projects. He helped build and direct Loyola Marymount University’s Study Abroad program in Argentina, worked in youth programming in Chicago, and disability advocacy in Minnesota.
