Rebecca Smith
Rebecca Smith is an educator, concept artist, and community leader in San Diego.
Through her organizational consulting practice, Above & Beyond Productions, Rebecca provides customized strategies for leadership development and community engagement for nonprofit executives, corporate teams, and small businesses. Clients include MANPOWER San Diego, SAY San Diego, Cuyamaca College, San Diego State University, Reality Changers, and MiraCosta College. She served on the City of San Diego Commission for Arts & Culture and Board of Directors for United Way of San Diego County. She was the 2023-2024 Performance Curator for TEDxSanDiego. She is a founding member on the Board of Directors for e3 Civic High. Rebecca was recently featured in Canvas Rebel and Bold Journey.
Rebecca’s professional experience includes career advising at QUALCOMM, communications at High Tech High, recruitment at Eastridge Workforce Solutions, and executive leadership at San Diego Workforce Partnership. She holds a Master of Education from University of San Diego.
