Sidd Vivek

As a first-generation American and “latchkey kid” from Boston, Sidd has come a long way – literally and figuratively – from the West End House Boys and Girl Club in his hometown to being named San Diego Business Journal’s CEO of the Year (2022). From Boston to Washington, DC and now San Diego, his cross-country career has focused thinking globally and acting locally to help build thriving, inclusive local communities.

As President & CEO of Junior Achievement of San Diego County, Sidd and his team are focused on social mobility for underrepresented young people using experiential lessons, skill development and social capital to better understand business, money, and future career opportunities. Through programs across San Diego County and in their interactive 25,000 square foot facility, JA San Diego empowers tomorrow’s leaders today.
