Nadeaja Shaheed is an ICF certified Leadership Coach, a Non-Profit Consultant, and BIPOC Educator in the greater San Diego area. She has spent her professional career navigating the realms of the corporate tech world, higher education, and professional coaching and consulting services for the past 10 years. She is dedicated to working with BIPOC communities in Southeast San Diego and devotes herself to practicing transformative leadership with an emphasis in DEI, Social Justice, and Health/Wellness. She earned her undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Ethnic Studies as well as her Master’s degree in Leadership Studies from USD. She has deemed herself a forever learner, chasing light and connection in every realm she occupies.
