Adrianna O'Donnell is the Director of Philanthropy at San Ysidro Health, where she leads a fundraising program that supports critical healthcare services for underserved communities. With over 20 years of experience in philanthropy, nonprofit management, and marketing, Adrianna excels in building genuine relationships grounded in trust and kindness. Her deep commitment to healthcare accessibility, human rights, and women's empowerment is reflected in her work and leadership.

Adrianna holds an MBA in Not-For-Profit Management and earned the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) credential in 2020, placing her among a select group of Latinas globally. She is also an active community leader, serving as President of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) San Diego, a member of San Diego Rotary Club #33, and a board member for the Kim Center for Social Balance and other local organizations.
