Ale Uzarraga is a transborder artist and educator who applies art + narrative therapy methodologies, and ancestral wisdom as a tool to explore and reflect on oneself in the collective we are part of addressing behavioral health, self-esteem, and social integration. She also promotes mindfulness and critical thinking to reflect together on our identities and the systems we are part of with a sensitive and compassionate approach to cultivate trust and community.
For almost 9 years, Ale Uzarraga has been working in the non-profit sector serving and educating different unrepresented communities through diverse projects that focus on leadership, emotional awareness, and social justice.
