Samira Moosavi

Samira Moosavi is a Clinical Manager at Experience Camps, a national no-cost program for grieving children who have experienced the death of a parent, sibling or primary caregiver. Samira has dedicated over a decade to providing psychosocial support to children and families in a variety of settings. As a Certified Child Life Specialist, she has supported youth in the hospital setting, during natural disasters, and on global medical missions. Serving as staff at a local hospice in their Children’s Bereavement Program, Samira developed a deep passion for grief. Her current role at Experience Camps allows her to serve children and their families who are grieving, educate the community about grief and loss, support clinical staff, and collaborate on the creation of inclusive, grief-informed programming.
