Jonathan Villafuerte

Jonathan Villafuerte is a dedicated leader with extensive experience in nonprofit management, school systems, and youth empowerment. With over a decade of service, Jonathan has created, developed and supported dozens of innovative programs which integrate mental health and culture to address systemic inequities, promote positive behavior, and foster leadership among youth.

Drawing on his background in culturally responsive and trauma-informed practices, Jonathan has empowered countless young people to build resilience, self-awareness, and a sense of belonging, equipping them to become agents of change in their communities. His collaborative approach bridges the gaps between education, mental health, and community support systems.

As an established consultant, facilitator, and coach, Jonathan helps organizations develop equitable, sustainable approaches for marginalized populations.
